An even bigger question: could we see late February snow? Some of the forecast tools are hinting at cold weather a week from now. It was late February in 2011 when Portland got 2″ of snow. Hmmm.

Hi Bruce: now that February is over, I thought i’d show you how our location did in December to February as far as first and second half totals of the months precipitation went.
Dec.1-15, 2011: 0.23 inches
Dec.16-31,2011: 4.03 inches
Jan.1-15,2012: 2.87 inches
Jan.16-31,2012: 4.61 inches
Feb.1-14,2012: 1.61 inches
Feb.15-29,2012: 4.95 inches
